black & white with a splash of pink

Black & white with a splash of pink....
#1 - one of my all time favorite color combinations
#2 - the colors my 11 year old daughter wants in her bedroom (with a vintage Paris theme, of course)
#3 - the current challenge over in The Play Date Cafe ;)

A hard challenge for me to pass up, that's for certain!

I needed to make a card for one of the girls at work, as yesterday was her last day at the office,
so following this color challenge, I created this card:

The card was a hit, but with this color combination (and bling, of course), how couldn't it be?! ;)

The black and white striped paper is from Echo Park's "Happy Days" collection, flowers by Prima, alpha stickers from BasicGrey's 'Cappella' collection, Spellbinders dies, bling and ribbon from Hobby Lobby.
For a fun 'bonus', I wrapped the ribbon around the outside of the card, so that she had to untie the bow to open the card and read the well wishes inside.

Thanks for stopping by!
xoxo
